Education Law Attorney

Young, Minney & Corr, LLP is a premier California education law firm of 30+ attorneys with offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, and San Diego representing schools in all matters, including but not limited to the charter development, governance, employment, corporate matters and litigation.

We are looking for an Education Law Attorney to join our team of charter school advocates. The ideal candidate:

• Will have 2 or more years of experience in Education Law – of public entity representation.
• Should be highly skilled in legal research and analysis, legal writing, and client counseling.
• Is a friendly, collegial, detailed oriented strategist.

Competitive salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus system, and annual bonuses. Remote and/or hybrid work environment.
