Young Academics is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator Diploma trained to work in a float position in our small 29 place service

Holding ACECQA recognised Diploma in Children’s Services, this key role will drive relationship building across the service and support our amazing team of Educators.

Bringing your passion for working with children, you will be pivotal to our success, our programming, our team-based culture and achieving our standard of excellence.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
