YouLend has expanded to the US in 2022, and we are growing rapidly. To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our sales department. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Requirements

• Experienced in Sales, having at least 1-2 years of short Sales cycle selling
• Experience in leading Salespeople: whether as a mentor or a formal leadership role
• Passionate about building a high-performing team and committed to supporting the development of the people within it
• In the detail and able to identify and communicate trends in performance
• Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture
• Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one!

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the SME lending market
