YouFit Health Clubs Hiring for Director of Talent Acquisition Job at Remote Full Time

Your purpose:

You will be responsible for leading talent acquisition activities for all of our YouFit locations. The old adage is true: If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. What you will do:

• Manage, train, and evaluate a successful talent acquisition team
• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to continue to design, build, and execute a strategic hiring plan to attract the best talent
• Continuously evaluate success of YouFit recruiting strategy with the ability to adjust and evolve with the market conditions
• Create and sustain relationships with associations, diversity groups and community organizations for networking and recruiting purposes
• Analyze markets, external talent analytics, and plan for future hiring needs
• Drive recruiting focused company branding and marketing via social networks, job posting optimization and innovative campaigns
• Optimize key recruiting sources such as job listings, talent marketing, recruitment campaigns, market research, social media and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide and manage accurate metrics (source of hire, time-to-hire, and cost of hire) to measure the growth and performance of the talent acquisition team.
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Oversee an effective candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
• Recruit candidates at all levels as the need arises
• Travel as needed up to 10%
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to YouFit:

Five years of recruiting experience

• Three years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Management experience
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Exceptional computer skills with Google Suite applications and/or Microsoft office
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Advanced time management ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to think critically, be proactive, and be a self-starter
• Strong background in key recruiting tactics
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)

Pay: From $91,000.00 per year
