Requirements
About the role:
You will be part of the People team and will work in partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager , CEO, CFO and line managers to attract talent, hiring the right candidates to meet Yoti’s growth plans and objective of reducing recruitment costs. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of a variety of roles across the business..
Principal Responsibilities
Resourcing:

• Manage the end to end resourcing effort to meet objectives of hiring direct and permanent hires, focussing on efficient time to fill, and meeting cost-per-hire requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of accessible talent using a range of channels that provide a diverse and high quality flow of candidates into Yoti.
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate expectations.
• Recruit passive candidates and profile them/gauge chemistry of candidates for fit, understanding their motivation.
• Apply best practices to recruitment processes, and advise hiring managers accordingly
• Interview candidates within the contexts of the Job Description and Career Path Framework, assist Hiring Managers in defining the role/person specification, strong ability to screen candidates against the spec.
• When required, work closely with recruitment agencies on our Preferred Suppliers List (PSL).
• Regularly update recruitment reports and other relevant spreadsheets.
• Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the People team to implement and maintain inclusive recruitment strategies and practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of working a busy in-house recruitment role, ideally within a growing tech company.
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
• Experience utilising a variety of sourcing tools, including proactive phone, internet, job board, LinkedIn research.
• Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and hiring manager relationships.
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience (ideally Workable or similar), with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Discreet and able to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
