Skills:
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public and with difficult patrons in English. Excellent customer service skills. Basic keyboard skills. Basic cash handling. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to move and lift heavy objects e.g. bending, reaching when re-shelving books, pushing and pulling loaded book trucks.
