Yoppworks Hiring for Engagement Manager at Ottawa, ON Full Time

Our focus is in helping organizations develop systems of innovation based on Reactive Principles.

We are now looking for an Engagement Manager to build positive and enduring relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are satisfied and informed. You will also manage YoppWorks delivery teams to ensure that milestones and expectations are met. This role requires an effective communicator, team player and problem solver.

This is a remote role where the candidate can be located anywhere in Canada!

What you’ll be doing:
Foster successful relationships with our clients as their primary point of contact

Act as escalation point for both clients and YoppWorks team members

Manage delivery teams and projects as necessary

Manage client staffing requirements

Ensure that deliverables and milestones are met

Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

Report engagement and project status to clients regularly

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

The successful candidates will have:
Proven experience as a software Program Manager

BS/BA in Business or similar field

Experience with agile software development methodologies

Excellent reporting skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Problem-solving aptitude

PMP certification
