Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Global TA team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Take full lifecycle ownership for attracting and hiring high quality talent into the business which includes Global Technology, Digital, and E-Commerce
- Create a “best in class” candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the interview process by conducting robust behaviour, competency and value-based interviews, particularly with People Manager hires.
- Through your industry knowledge, create and communicate a clear, actionable sourcing strategy which considers the most appropriate, direct sourcing channels, to find the best talent.
- Engage with external talent to build long and short-term pipelines.
- Act as a true Recruitment Partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, assisting with resource planning and with development of compelling job specifications and job descriptions.
- Work closely with the team and wider business, supporting them with an impeccable level of service. You will set clear and realistic expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Partner effectively with suppliers, working closely with them to ensure they too protect and advocate the YNAP brand. Ensure the delivery of quality candidates and service.
- Own the integrity of your data and ensure it is 100% accurate and true.

- Motivated and driven in building stakeholder relationships
- Agile and comfortable in a change environment whilst still produce creative ways to source top talent
- A genuine team player – who enjoys TA
- Prior subject matter expertise relevant to your business area, including developing and communicating in-depth knowledge of external market and industry trends.
- Knowledge in multiple areas of Recruitment methodology (Direct attraction of high-quality candidates, Interview and assessment design, passive hiring and service oriented).
- Inquisitive – always wanting to learn, adapt, change and grow.
