Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a talent acquisition partner to work with one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies designing cutting edge technology that is set to revolutions our means of propulsion. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skill set within a ground-breaking sector and gain insights into the future talent market. This can be a fully remote role if the candidate is able to travel to either Hertfordshire, Royston, or Middlesbrough for very occasional key meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure recruitment is delivered as part of the broader strategic talent management agenda for our business.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
• Deliver a transnational workload of a variety of roles in your dedicated function
• Direct source for the best talent; LinkedIn Recruiter, CV database searching, social media, advertising, networking, events
• Represent the brand and employer value proposition in the market

Core Skills:

• Experience of working in an in-house recruitment function
• Experience recruiting for a variety of specialist and volume roles
• Proven track record of direct sourcing utilising job boards, social media, LinkedIn and Boolean search methods
• Excellent communication skills, an organised approach to your workload and a high attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working within a global matrixed organisation
• Experience working within Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Chemicals or full Corporate (HR / Legal)
