Position Summary : Forecasting, order entry for and liaison with OEM customers. Administration of supply of products and services to OEM customers.

General Purpose : Support sales efforts to Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Position Responsibilities :

• Solicit and process forecasts from OEM customers
• Input orders for OEM customers
• Coordinate shipments for OEM customers
• Maintain inventory records at consignment locations
• Coordinate supply / receipts with demand / forecasts orders
• Generate mounting and filling orders for OEM customers
• Apprise department management of changes in forecasts, orders and anticipated shortfalls in a timely manner
• Entering sales orders and invoicing of OE customer shipments
• Generate s as needed for inventory and service analysis
• Light travel may be required
• Special projects as required
• Provide backup to others in department

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics or business to business customer service
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics is required. Alternatively, Customer Service experience in a Business to Business environment useful.
• BS or Associates in Business (or alternative) is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Excel at a proficient level (create s using v-look up, create pivot tables, etc.)
• Previous work in SAP, Navision, or other ERP system are strongly preferred. Ability to write routine s and correspondence.

Nonessential Skills and Experience : Sales experience and product knowledge.
