Yogurty’s Froyo Hiring for Food Counter Attendant at Sherwood Park, AB Full Time

Team members interact with customers answers questions about products and pricing. When customers check out, team members weight and price dishes, handle cash, and process payments. In addition to customer care, team members refill supplies and ensure freshness of yogurt and toppings.

Yogurty’s prides itself on offering a clean dining environment, and we must continually clean and organize the shop throughout a shift. Team members also need to abide by all health and safety guidelines set out by the company. Traits a team member should maintain include positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to walk and stand for an entire shift.

Team Member Job Requirments:

Summary of responsibilities:

· The Team Member will deliver exceptional customer service with friendliness and response to customer needs.

· To follow the Yogurty’s Froyo operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.

· To maintain a clean and organized workspace so that staff members can locate resources and product as needed.

· To maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

· Operating the register

· Perform inventories, receive shipments

· Food prep (light-fruit washing and cutting)

· Refilling topping bins

· General cleaning and up-keeping all areas in the store

· Light soft serve machine maintenance

– To contact POS/ Debit machine technical support when necessary

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
