Hiring: Franchise Sales Manager

Pay: $95K+

Schedule: Monday – Sunday, Days and Nights, Multi State Travel and International Travel

Location: Dallas, TX

The Franchise Sales Manager position is to find, qualify and close prospective franchise partners to join the Yogurtland community.

Requirements:

  • College degree, advanced degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management or related discipline is preferred. Or comparable experience.
  • Proven candidate engagement skills including relationship building, negotiating and closing.
  • Experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • In-depth experience managing/leading people, multi-million dollar budgets, and establishing business tactics is required.
  • Experience in franchise operations, sales and development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful selling experience in franchise sales, commercial real estate, or strategic sales.
  • Solid understanding of franchise agreements and practices.
  • Capable of running and organizing a franchise program while producing a quality lead generation flow system.
  • Proven and documented track record of consistent achievement.
  • Non Traditional experience is a plus.
  • Proven candidate engagement skills including relationship building, negotiating and closing.
