Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Your expertise in social media platforms, digital advertising, content creation, and analytics will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and generate s to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
2. Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), Google Ads, display networks, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns and drive targeted traffic.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences for optimal campaign performance.
3. Content Creation and Management:
Develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, website, email marketing, blogs, and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with Head of Marketing to identify content needs, gather information, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across channels.
4. Analytics and ing:
Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular s and insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Use data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate closely with the team, including creative, events, and product teams, to align social media and digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure campaign performance and generate s.
Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, online consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
