About the Program
Armstrong Creek OSHC supports children of all backgrounds and abilities and works closely with the school. We are licensed for 120 children and have use of the state of the art Hub, sports hall and kitchen.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced full time educator who believes in building strong lasting relationships with the children and the school communities.
You will need to be a team player and help build relationships with the school community and support children’s learning in line with the National Quality Framework.
You will work alongside the Coordinators and be supported by the OSHC Management team to build community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.

This is a rare opportunity for a full time time position with an hourly salary of $27.18.
Service Hours:
Before school care – 6:30am – 8:45am
After school care – 3:30pm – 6:30pm

About You
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator committed to delivering a superior service for children and their parents. You will:

• Have experience working within an OSHC setting
• Have strong demonstrated knowledge, skills and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Victorian Early Years Framework, the Education and Care National Regulations and Act and My Time Our Place
• Have the ability to positively network and build effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Maintain and support a strong customer and family focus, and ensure a positive service experience for both children and their parent/guardians
• Have the ability to recognise and appropriately respond to incidents, accidents and emergencies

Qualifications
Mandatory Pre-Requisite Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in a related field
• First Aid Level 2
• Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
• Equivalent experience
