YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is Looking for YMCA YWorks Participant Full Time

Are you an individual who is facing barriers to employment (ex. self-identified or diagnosed disability, limited work experience, transportation, etc.). The YMCA can help you reach your employment goals through employability skills training and employment support.

Eligibility for the program is as listed below:

• You must self-identify as having a disability or any other barrier to employment
• Between ages 15-30
• Not currently working
• Not a current recipient of EI
• Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or granted Refugee Status
• Able to commit to 32.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 9:00am-3:30pm
