Key College is an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ education provider operating within Derby city and Derbyshire. We deliver a range of study programme and alternative provision courses over five centres. As one of our Training and Education managers you will be responsible for the day to day management of our training centres in Ilkeston and
Chesterfield and the line management of a small team of tutors and support staff.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Training and Education’s Key College centres in Ilkeston and Chesterfield. You will co-ordinate training programmes across YMCA Key
College centres; implement and monitor strategies to continually improve recruitment, retention and achievement of learners and promote new ways of teaching and learning, stimulate innovation and encourage the input of others.
