The Opportunity:
Yesway is seeking an HR leader who is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and all of its functions including talent acquisition, orientation, training, benefits management, succession planning, compensation, compliance with state and federal labor laws, change management, organizational and performance management, separations, etc. You will be responsible for development and implementation of policies and procedures for accomplishing human resources goals and objectives. You will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Executive Team.
