Yellowstone Riverside Cottages Hiring for Housekeeper / Front Desk at Gardiner, Montana Full Time

Yellowstone Riverside Cottages is hiring Housekeeper / Front Desk for the 2022 summer season (April 1 – October 31, 2022). This seasonal job has the possibility to turn into a year-round position.

Free and nice employee housing with your own private bedroom. Click here for photos. The employee housing was previously a vacation home. Spacious, comfortable, and furnished with laundry, utilities, WiFi, and Direct TV, all inclusive. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Typical work hours are about 40 hours per week. Overtime (i.e. hours over 40 hours per week) will be paid 1.5 times of the hourly rate.

We follow the COVID guidance by CDC. We use CDC recommended and EPA certified N List disinfectant cleaning products.

Job responsibilities:

• Receive training on housekeeping, laundry, front desk, and any other duties as needed
• Clean guest rooms
  • Inspect Room and linen for damages
  • Change linen and make bed
  • Clean kitchen, appliance, countertop, and small electronics
  • Clean toilet, sink, and shower/tub
  • Dust / clean furniture, fixtures, décor, and all surfaces
  • Replenish room supplies
  • Empty trash and sweep/scrub/mop floors
• Clean and maintain all common areas
• Attend to basic front desk duties:
  • Greet guests and check in/out guests
  • Answer phone calls and help with guests inquiry in person
  • Use computer to check and reply emails, book or cancel reservations (we have the most user-friendly booking system, if you know how to use email or your smart phone, you will be able to navigate our booking system w/o problem)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be able to follow instructions, and work both independently and in a team setting.
