‍ Responsibilities

24HR Home Comfort Services is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Milton, WI. As a leading heating and air-conditioning company in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers, and we need a talented Sales Representative who can help us achieve this goal. Specifically, you will be doing the following:

• Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns they may have
• Present and demonstrate our company’s services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of working with 24HR Home Comfort Services
• Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure smooth and efficient communication and service delivery to our customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve our sales strategies and techniques

• Drivers license and an acceptable driving record
• Clean Background check and drug test
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
• Nothing that prohibits you from getting into basements, crawl spaces or attics
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
