• $18.00-$25.00/hourly Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Techs
• Track down and cost OEM parts for repairs
• Coordinate parts runners to get parts to the job
• Clearly document project specifics
• Schedule accepted repairs
• Coordinate our Club Membership maintenance visits and Membership Database

• HVAC experience a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (Call center)
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Rotating Saturday schedule
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
