Recruitment Resourcer / Sales Recruiter

Location: Remote

A new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the high performing Recruitment Team here at Yell .This role will be specialising in recruiting into our sales functions with a focus on Business Development Managers ,You will report into the Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for sourcing and screening sales candidates across our divisions. We are looking for a passionate individual who is able to share new and innovative ways of hunting down talent with a keen eye for spotting quality sales professionals.

This role plays a key part in Yell’s major growth plans and you will be a valued member of our Internal Recruitment team.

What will you be doing…..

• Sourcing sales candidates via a range of tools, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards and our internal database.
• Attending networking events and local job fayres to attract and find new talent.
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.
• Conducting telescreens and sending out internal psychometric tests to candidates.
• Creating and posting content across social media to represent our internal brand and attract candidates to Yell.
• Living and breathing the Yell culture to deliver the best candidate experience throughout their onboarding journey and career with us.

Who are we looking for……

• 1 – 2 years experience as an agency based or internal Recruiter/Resourcer is an absolute must.
• Proven track record of resourcing Sales professionals previously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to network and build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• A creative eye and the ability to bring new resourcing ideas to the team would be desirable.
