The role of a Customer Care Consultant:
Our Consultants provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, live chat and SMS, primarily relating to billing enquiries (don’t worry, there is no sales component to this role!).

What we offer:
The current opportunities are Full-time, Part-time permanent or Casual. Commencing on Monday 12 September 2022, a comprehensive training program will be provided over 4 weeks on site in Mitcham. Work from home flexibility will be offered in the hybrid model whilst working a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
