Yardworx is Looking for Call Center Agent/Sales/Landscape Company Full Time

· Positive and outgoing customer and staff communication

· Answer phone calls on the first ring.

· Reply to all emails and voicemails before the end of the work day.

· Always having sale goals in mind on every phone call and email (sell, cross sell, up sell)

· Work independently on the leads/sales you have input into the system to sell.

· Compose New Leads, seasonal renewals, site maps.

· Keep lines of communication open with all staff.

· Have the ability to know when to ask for help.

· Daily Cold/Warm Calling & Sales – Minimum of 25 calls per day.

· Study manual and services (terms, procedures, benefits) Feel confident in selling services.

· Ask questions and study the answer.

· Embrace and thrive through changes to policies, procedures & services.

· Work towards taking on ownership of projects and responsibility.

· Provide quick and accurate data entry and thorough data entry checks to ensure data integrity.

· Attention and effort to reaching sales goals.

· Meet project deadlines.

· Keep email inboxes, calls and leads tidied and organized. Ensure web leads & questions completed by end of day.

· Keep email inboxes, calls and leads tidied and organized.

· Keep Yardworx, Armyworx & Outlook Landscapes, HedgeMasters separate from each other.

Additional Projects – As Assigned:

· Lead on shared email inboxes (process incoming, distribute to team when help is needed, file completed)

· Leads/tasks manager

· Seasonal client/account renewals

· Projects, in general, as they come and are presented
