The Product Development (PD) Administrator will

• Work internally with our PD team in Mount Forest and China to understand and communicate product build feedback, quality issues/improvements, and sample requests.
• Be responsible for supporting all internal administrative requests pertaining to wood and non-wood component Asia sourcing (BYP)
• Maintain pricing information, for all existing and new developments accounting for wood and component costs as well as overhead inputs
• Break down existing processes to understand the flow of operations and recommend standardized best practices
• Use existing open project logs to maintain list of open deliverables and priorities
• Support with market research of new outdoor product trends
• Support with benchmarking existing products and components with best-in-class criteria to compare and improve on developments
• Create, improve, and maintain reports to communicate operational KPIs

**Position will be a hybrid model between remote work and in an office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
