Our Talent Acquisition Team are strategic partners, charged with ensuring we are continually evolving our sourcing strategy and hiring approach to be competitive in the talent marketplace. They act as business partners in the day-to-day of our hiring process to enable the smoothest, most efficient candidate and interviewer experience possible.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team and play a critical role in helping us to achieve our ambitious hiring targets as we scale.

Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner to the TA & People team
• Management of recruitment administration activities –
• Employer of Record process and platform ownership
• Xero recruitment PO creation & management
• Supplier request process for new partners
• Visa Administration
• Reference partner management

• Facilitating/supporting on-site recruitment hiring days, ensuring they run smoothly and provide a first-class hiring manager and candidate experience, whilst have loads of fun too!
• Supporting the offer process as needed – preparing offer letters and related documents
• Supporting pre-employment activities – right to work, references etc
• Supporting preparation for, and attendance at, career fairs and other recruitment events

General

• Supporting hiring managers and candidates as required
• Supporting new and ongoing Talent Acquisition and People projects

We’d love you to have:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition – whether that’s within a tech business, start-up or in an agency looking to make your first move in-house
• A natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships, you’ll be a true ambassador to what life is like working at Yapily

Interview Process

• 30 minute conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers
• 45 minute presentation and Q&A interview with some of the wider team
• 45 minute strengths & values interview (an opportunity to learn more about our culture and for us to understand how you like to work)
