Job Summary:

Yami’s HR team is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion to work in a fast-paced and growing company. The incumbent will be a team player, working closely with the HR team and other cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement the talent acquisition and other HR programs and activities that result in a more effective, capable, and engaged organization. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to identifying current and future organization and capability needs, proactively sourcing and managing strong talent pipelines, building an attractive employer brand, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, and continuously improving its effectiveness while managing other talent development programs as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a Talent Acquisition Partner to business functions; working closely with hiring managers to identify organizational needs, expected core competencies, and skill sets, as well as the best strategies to fulfill those needs
• Strategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for priority roles
• Creatively expand hiring channels for outreaching potential candidates across various job levels and functional areas
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skillset, experience, and aptitudes, while providing expert advice to hiring managers on talent selection and decision making, ensure the quality of hiring decisions
• Proactively source and manage strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS
• Understand the business and organization needs, maintain consistent touchpoints with hiring managers and related teams on the recruitment progress, ensure the optimized speed of hiring
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition and full cycle recruiting process; identify opportunities to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness, as well as establish relevant metrics to track recruitment progress
• Manage the optimize the ATS process and system functionality to ensure the best user experiences and recruiting outcome
• Strategize and implement various talent acquisition initiatives to help build an attractive employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Build hiring and selection capabilities within the organization
• Lead talent management initiatives and programs to build internal talent bench strength (e.g. internship programs, professional development opportunities)
• Administer employee immigration process as needed (e.g. H1B visa sponsorship)
• Function as a key member of the HR team; participate, support, and lead other HR initiatives and projects to support the company’s overall people strategy

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with +3 years of full cycle talent acquisition experience required, other HR functional skills are a plus
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates with relevant experience
• Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
• Communicates effectively (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and employees regardless of hierarchy
• Solid research techniques; staying up to date on industry and market trends, developing and implementing best recruitment practices across all hiring platforms
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus
• The office has fully re-opened; this position requires one to be on-site Monday through Friday
