We’re a Sunnyvale based property management company looking for a corporate accountant with ADP Payroll experience and HR background.

Must be willing to work in a small office environment, willing to roll up their sleeves to do all tasks related to corporate accounting and payroll processing.

We own/manage 3 large apartment complexes and retail shopping center in Santa Clara county. Have approximately 30 employees; 2/3 are in the field: leasing office and maintenance staff. Corporate office has 7 employees. This position would be responsible for all payroll duties as well as perform corporate accounting and admin duties, on as needed basis. We use ADP Workforce. Must be able to work well with others and independently. We have casual friendly office environment. Most of our employees have been with us > 15 years. This position is open due to employee retiring and we need to fill asap.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
