Yadara Hiring for Director, Digital Marketing at Austin, TX Full Time

As the Digital Marketing Director at Yadara, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will lead a talented team of digital marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive optimal performance and professional growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic growth and differentiation.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the company’s digital assets.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and supports the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply this knowledge to innovate and enhance our strategies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a working knowldge of Active Campaign, Segment, Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
