Yadara Hiring for Director, Digital Marketing at Austin, TX Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Growth Marketing Director to join our team. As a Digital Growth Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing strategies
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for digital marketing initiatives
• Provide regular ing and analysis of digital marketing performance to executive leadership
• Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing to achieve continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth and revenue generation
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
• Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals
• Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions and optimizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solver with a drive for results

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
