XTurbo is Looking for Product Data Analyst Full Time

Job Description:

As a Product Data Analyst for our Cloud Product team at XTurbo, you’ll work closely with decision makers in different feature teams to help inform product choices. You’ll get the chance to bring your passion for data analysis, interrogation and visualisation and improve how we work all at the same time! What you’ll own:

Inform product strategy through analysis of user data and experimentation

Use your analytics toolkit to explore customer data and usage patterns

Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to unpack and analyse product data, generating insights on how our users are interacting with our products

Collaborate with product leaders to provide data informed viewpoints on strategic decisions, identify high impact opportunities for analysis and align priorities with the company strategy and product roadmap

Understand, explain and predict customer behaviours. (e.g. mapping customer learning journeys and how we can improve them, Identifying which users are likely to churn, figuring out drivers for user engagement). From this analysis, work with product teams and other business stakeholders to take action.

Familiarity working with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Research and Data Engineering teams

Demonstrated experience in being self-motivated and able to deal with ambiguity

Salary: $4,200.00-$7,100.00 per month
