Due to a business expansion, we are looking for an ICT and Telecommunications Trainee.

Key responsibilities of this role

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for installing and monitoring software on Print Equipment.
• As part of our technical and support team, you will assist the senior technicians to help them implement quality Phone System installations, fault finding and resolutions.
• Install and terminate data cabling on customers’ premises. Provision and prepare new hardware and systems for all clients Troubleshooting and resolving reported issues.
• The convergence of Voice and Data provides opportunities to understand and implement the ICT Technologies of VOIP Phone Lines, Network Routers, IT infrastructure and Video Conferencing.

• We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people, who like to solve problems and provide quality service to our clients. We are also looking for someone with clear verbal communication skills as well as a professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
• You will need a current and valid Driver’s Licence.
• This role will be attractive to people who want to learn and want to improve their skill sets through ongoing training. Previous experience although beneficial is not a necessity. The role could suit a school leaver or someone just starting their career who enjoys IT.
