Xray Jeans Hiring for Production Coordinator at New York, New York Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily correspondence with overseas factories
- Perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar
- Track, receive and distribute fabric quality submits, lab dip submits, print strike offs
- Follow up with each stage of sampling: fit, pps, top’s and shipping.
- Review vendor manuals on what requirements have to be given to the factories: labeling, packaging, and overall production requirements.
- Track and organize all samples for our library
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office & Excel
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot in a fast paced environment
- 3-5 years of experience in apparel production
