A growing Electronic Contract Manufacturer based on Toronto Ontario is currently seeking for Production Manager, full time.

Resposibilities

• Lead and coach SMT technicians;
• Arrange production schedule on daily base by extensive communications with customers;
• Commitment to continuous improvement;
• Satisfy customers;
• Perform and/or support safety and customer audits.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronic industry; Ideally an expert in SMT, PCBA, wave solder;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Problem solver, process oriented;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $58,697.00-$75,000.00 per year
