Some key objectives for your role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist :

Become an XP3 expert

• Train and become an expert in The XP3 Talent System and Hiring Program

• Become certified in Ngenio’s MPO Personality Assessment

Client Service

• Be proactive and provide exceptional service to all clients, helping build long-term trusting relationships

• Provide quality feedback to clients about their open roles and candidates

Recruiting

• Source passive candidates – 40% of all hires we make come from our sourcing efforts

• Conduct phone screens (we call these sales calls) that inspire candidates to want to jump through hoops to get the job

• Lead video interviews with candidates and our clients using our structured and highly effective process

• Send out and score our proprietary Knowledge & Skill Questionnaires (KSQ’s), and MPO Personality Assessments

• Assist with company & client reporting

• Train/Supervise new TAS

Some qualifications include:

• AA Degree is a must, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 2+ years of successful experience in a full desk recruiting role

• 2+ years experience leading phone, video, and in-person interviews

• Expert verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills, proactive and follow up without instruction

• Extremely Self-confident and assertive

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized

• Tech-Savvy: Intermediate (demonstrable) skills with G-Suite, MS Word, PP, Excel, team collaboration tools, and CRM systems.

• Highly personable and is an excellent communicator

• Ability to work from an existing home-based office; has a computer, video conferencing capabilities, and a fast internet connection.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
