XPT Partners currently has an opening for a Treasury Manager. While this position is based in Connecticut, the company will consider a full time remote working environment for well qualified individuals.

Responsibilities for this role includes the following activities:

• Coordinate the treasury function including cash flow forecasting based on multiple banking platforms
• Participate in the annual budget process
• Initiate process improvements across the treasury function as needed
• Business platform integrations of newly acquired businesses
• Ad-hoc Projects (e.g. system implementations)
• Enhance monthly reporting which includes, but is not limited to, business operating results, credit facility reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed
• Coordinate bank reconciliations company-wide
• Assist Corporate Controller in Controller responsibilities and with monthly close processes
• Implement and maintain monthly cash sweeps from divisions into corporate bank accounts
• Ensure proper funding of accounts are met in a timely manner
• Administer company’s travel and expense system
• Work at the direction of the Corporate Controller
• Intercompany Oversite between Corporate and Divisions
• Involvement with Planful Integration and Process
• Coordinate centralized Accounts Payable Process
• QuickBooks Online Expertise
• AIM General Ledger Account Expertise

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
