As the Recruiter Associate, you will play a key role in our recruiting efforts by supporting recruiting events and activities focused primarily on non-exempt level recruiting. With us, you’ll have the tools to be successful and grow your career.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Communicate with hiring managers and load requisitions into the ATS for approval and posting
• High volume (labor and non-exempt) interview scheduling including working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update information within the ATS including job posting templates, transactional activities related to post-offer stage of recruitment processes (e.g., collection and processing of offer paperwork, partnering with HR on missing paperwork, background check status, etc.)
• Lead sourcing and initial screening of candidates for assigned openings
• Assist Talent Management and Recruiting teams with special projects as needed

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

• 1 year of high-volume recruiting, sourcing or HR-related experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
