Join our Central Performance Marketing Team as a Web Analyst in Australia, to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences

You Will Be Critical To Achieving And Driving Growth For Our Biggest Brands Within The Below 2 Verticals, Which Directly Impacts Overall Growth For Xplor

• Field Services; targets include HVAC companies, electricians and lawn care
• Fitness & Wellbeing:  including personal trainers, boutique fitness studios and gyms

You can expect a dynamic operating cadence, a collaborative team and support framework, plus a huge opportunity for learning and growth. This is a global role with a global team and reach. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Partnership with Global VP Performance Marketing to develop testing strategies / roadmaps to deliver results that significantly improve website conversion
• Lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Website Optimisation Approach, working closely with our in-house team of marketing specialists
• Identify opportunities to streamline ing and help teams make optimisation decisions quicker

You can work fully remote in this position, as long as you have eligible working rights and you’re in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Required Qualifications For This Role

• Min. 4 years website and UX analytics experience
• Plan, develop and manage web and mobile campaign and channel tracking
• Able to clearly communicate your analysis of results to wider stakeholders
• Have led design and production for marketing and management teams
• Taken a leading position in identifying optimal KPIs to track / test
• Expert in UX best practice and landing page design
• Proven track record in collaborating with web and marketing teams to implement recommendations
• Experience managing a landing page testing / optimisation platform (e.g. Unbounce, VWO, Optimizely)
• Performed site and implementation audits of GA4 accounts and an expert in platform set-up
• Maintained and deployed tags with Google Tag Manager and worked with developers to implement effective tracking solutions
