Job Summary

• Looking for friendly, hard-working people who care who want to work with friendly, hard-working people who care!

• Excellent written and verbal skills needed to interact with customers in a variety of ways (in person, email, phone, text, etc)
• Answer phones with a smile and pleasant attitude
• Greet customers with a smile and friendly demeanor
• Create invoices and process payments
• Schedule client pick-up and deliveries for sales and rentals
• Take in and process credit applications
• Various administrative tasks/errands
• Maintain clean, neat and organized Sales Floor and Displays
• Follow-up with customers/hand-write thank you notes

Hours

• Primary role will be answering phones and customer service
• Hours – Tues-Fri 8:00-5; Sat 10-3

Qualifications and Skills

• Great attitude and outgoing friendly personality is a must
• Ability to put the customers needs and best interests ahead of our own
• Hard-working and strong work ethic
• Team-player
• Ability to multi-task is essential
• Fast-paced work environment
• Excellent administrative, computer and internet research maneuverability capabilities
• Problem-solver
• Self-motivated
• Management skills a plus, but not required
• Retail experience a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
