Xenia License Bureau (BMV) Hiring for BMV Customer Service Rep at Xenia, OH Full Time

Xenia License Bureau is looking to add a friendly and outgoing individual to our team! Position is for 36-40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekdays 7:50-5:30 and Saturdays 7:50-2:30. Must be able to pass a background check.

Friendly customer service and attention to detail required. Must be able to retain information, problem-solve, and research policy. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and demonstrate ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Chosen candidates will be performing such responsibilities as renewing driver license and vehicle registrations, performing VIN inspections on vehicles, collecting reinstatement payments/documents etc. Typing and general knowledge testing may be requested.

Note: This is not a State/Government position. State benefits are not offered. Insurance is not available.

Fringe benefits include 1 week paid vacation after 1 year, 6 paid holidays, birthday off with pay, notary and end of year bonuses. These benefits are available upon completion of 90 day probationary period.

Notary Public a plus. Assistance with becoming a notary offered. Notary bonus paid out monthly.
