The opportunity:

We are currently seeking highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to work as part of an owners team to support a mine based brownfield processing plant expansion project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance supporting the processing plant upgrade.

This is a fly-in-fly (FIFO) out site-based role at our client’s North Carolina site.

About the Role / Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance supporting the upgrade of a processing plant brownfield upgrade.

Required Skills and Experience:

Formal qualification in engineering or quality (degree / diploma /trade qualification) is desirable.
5 years quality assurance experience in all phases of major EPC and Brownfield projects, preferably in mining/resources, however other industry experience will be considered.
Thorough understanding of national / international Quality standards, especially ISO 9001.
Thorough understanding of quality management principles and ability to apply them to a project management process.
Proven auditing skills.

Salary: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
