The Role

We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are now looking for a Talent Partner to join our collaborative and passionate team. Working as a true Partner the role is yours to make your own with the help and support of our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for candidates who have a desire to make an impact on delivering our ambitious growth sourcing strategy, with the main focus on sourcing and engaging with the best talent on the market.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to identify, engage and assess talent for the areas you are supporting. You’ll be naturally inquisitive with a problems solving mindset .

This role will provide variety, plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges and really broaden your experience within Talent Acquisition.

As a Talent Partner you will:

• Partner with hiring managers on their recruitment needs, growing your awareness of their business area, demands and specialisms
• Use a variety of sourcing methods to proactively source and grow our pipeline of candidates
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand requirements for specific roles, identify candidate suitability and attract suitable talent into our pipelines
• Bring strong all round recruitment expertise and the ability to work at pace
• Source suitable candidates with an aim to maintain a quick and efficient time to hire
• Ensure our Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date with efficient candidate and process information
• Create and manage talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Talent Acquisition Partners.

To be successful as a Talent Partner at xDesign you must have:

• A good knowledge and experience of recruiting for roles in Product Design, Product Management and Business Analysis, developing a strong network and brand presence
• Previous recruitment experience and expertise within Sales, Commercial and Marketing would be a strong advantage
• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent
• Excellent attention to detail and a process driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised approach to your work with the ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced , and an evolving environment
