We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support various recruiting activities. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid work environment (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office, then Monday and Friday working remote, subject to flexibility per your school schedule).

These positions will be based in downtown Minneapolis, MN; Eau Claire, WI; Amarillo, TX; Lubbock, TX or the Denver, CO corporate office location.

This position will require working 15-20 hours / week during academic periods, with the ability to work additional hours during non-academic periods based on departmental work load.

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to :

Manage the recruiting inbox

Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events

Co-managing job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications, etc.)

Scheduling interviews

Other TA tasks as needed

Job shadowing

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a University for the 2023-2024 academic school year

Must be a junior standing or above

Ability to work 6-15 hours / week during academic periods

Previous internship / work experience preferred

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is : $16.20 per hour
