Talent Acquisition Consultant

The Global Talent Acquisition team of JCW Group are looking to add a new team member based in London to specifically head up our Internal Recruitment function for Xander Talent.

Xander Talent balances profit and purpose in a recruit, train and embed model. We find talented, diverse individuals that truly reflect the diversity within our society, train them in technical and/or business skill before deploying them on site under our umbrella for 2 years supporting their permanent transition into our Client’s businesses.

This is a business critical role and as such provides an awesome opportunity to be part of something big and highly visible. You will sit within JCW Group’s Talent Acquisition function where we will train, develop and support you to become the Talent Acquisition Lead for Xander Talent.

You will be an integral part of a team looking to make a significant impact in the growth of a business and build a best in class Talent function focussed on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate for this role will come from either a 360 Agency Recruitment background OR from an Internal Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition team in a fast growing business ideally in the professional services or Technology space. Prior management experience, start-up exposure and additional languages are highly desirable.

The role of a Talent Acquisition Consultant:

• You’ll be playing an integral part in Xander Talent’s expansion acting as the face of the business to potential candidates.
• You’ll build a Talent Attraction model with diversity and inclusion at it’s core
• You’ll be the first point of contact for all potential employees, acting as an ambassador to the business and the clients you represent.
• You will be sourcing candidates both active and passive, interviewing candidates (we’ll train you on how to excel at this) and managing the entire candidate experience, ensuring that every single candidate has a special experience with us.
• Alongside using job boards and social media you’ll be posting advertisements, attending events (Career Fairs, on-campus interviews, seminar workshops, and business presentations), as well as gaining referrals and attending networking events.
• As well as managing the interview process you’ll be hosting recruitment events on and off site at our offices
• You’ll be working in close partnership with our Stakeholders to work on achieving the goals of the business together.
• You’ll be working closely with the people you hire as they become associates and watch them grow as they develop in their careers within the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
