X Health System Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager at Miami, FL Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked with overseeing 10X Health promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. You will develop an overall marketing plan, lead campaigns and measure the return on investment of various advertising methods for 10X Health.

Our solutions include bioidentical hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, medical weight loss, nutraceutical imbalance therapy, GH-releasing hormones, biologics and Super-Human Protocol.

OBJECTIVES

• Utilize Zapier, active campaign, and other automation tools to optimize and streamline digital marketing processes, including email marketing, A/B or split testing, and ing.
• Leverage analytics and CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, to drive data-informed marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress – Divi Builder, and other relevant platforms.
• Spearhead the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns, from conception to completion, incorporating branding, strategy, and influencer marketing.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and achieve desired business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and partners, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create short and long-term marketing and advertising strategies in collaboration with leadership, aimed at driving revenue generation, brand recognition, and community engagement.
• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, with a focus on increasing leasing and maximizing overall revenue potential.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space, incorporating relevant advancements into marketing strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing, and social media
• Concise decision maker with out of the box idea generator
• Strong experience creating marketing settlements and prorating advertising buys across events.
• Ability to work irregular hours as dictated by the event schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
