We will generate Xplorers that are curious, challenge themselves, and fearlessly pursue growth by operating out of their comfort zone. In the morning, they will work with their mentors in a personalized learning environment, and the afternoon they will apply these academic principles on teams in creative project-based competitions.

Right now, graduates of our antiquated Industrial Age education system don’t get real technology exposure, lack outlets for competitive energy, and are missing the golden age to have their courage tested and character formed. Project-based learning, independent thinking, and entrepreneurial pursuits must replace the factory mindset of rote learning and indoctrination emerging in our schools.

Imagine boys coming into school every morning motivated by a scoreboard reflecting the academic and creative competition standings for their team. Think project wrap-ups where your mentors and teammates provide feedback on leadership and interpersonal skills growth. Of getting instant app-based feedback on your individual learning progress in math, reading, and the sciences. Critical educational outcomes for us are literacy, numeracy, and coding proficiency. Critical life skills are self-reliance, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and independent thinking.

Leadership Qualities

You will be building the next generation operating system for learning and life skills. This requires creativity and a leadership style that is more mentor and facilitator than traditional school administrator.

The ultimate goal of your 10X team will be to create a system for all character, academic and team-based learning that is FUN and CHALLENGING for the boys and their mentors. Your work will cover the lifecycle of an individual learner from their application to the school through their performance at school, and the analytics your team will produce are the critical linchpins of the educational experience. This means that you must take your experience in curriculum and adapt it to a fast-paced environment that has no traditional rules or classrooms. Your team will address the real questions of education. What is the best way to learn key subjects like math, science, language, coding, and history? How can education help our kids become self-sufficient, be armed with technical skills, and be team players aware of their own passions and the strengths of others?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
