Wysocki Family of Companies is seeking a Logistics Supervisor. Success in this role comes from an ability to thrive on making remedial and long-term continuous improvements to ensure safe, efficient, on- time and correct deliveries when transporting potatoes, equipment and crop inputs.

This role is pivotal to farm and plant operations productivity. Success is dependent on building collaborative relationships, being adaptable to changing variables and optimally organized to ensure quality transportation services.

Excellent work in this position is a result of building good relationships, accurately documenting and prioritizing, optimally scheduling the driving team, and regularly researching and implementing best practice.

Transportation requests are received from various communication channels including text, internal calls, email, and customer shipping s, creating a need for an agile leader.

Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in an operations lead position in agriculture, packaging, or food manufacturing environment
• Preferred experience in shipping / logistic / transportation
• Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• CDL Preferred
• Pesticide license required within 1 year of hire.
• Experienced utilizing Microsoft programs Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
