Wyoming Search Solutions Hiring for Sales Recruiter (Commission-based) Job at Remote Full Time

Requirements:

• Must have experience in sales recruiting.
• Must have experience or able to quickly learn CRM tools. (Such as Close.com)
• Must have communication, follow-up, and B2B sales skills via email and phone.
• Must have negotiation skills.
• Must have internet connection.
• Must have the desire to be better and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Working daily with a goal of making placements and signing contracts.
• Reach new clients on cold emailing or cold calling, schedule a calls, pitch our agency direct-hiring offer, let clients sign a contract. (It’s a numbers game!)
• Conducting interviews with the new clients (hiring managers, directors, decision makers, partners) for a goal to fill their open positions.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for related questions and collaborates with hiring managers to identify their needs.
• Make placements of job orders given by clients based on job titles and descriptions.
• Send job orders to Wyoming Search manager.
• Receive candidate profile(s) from Wyoming Search manager with contact information and resumes and qualify potential ones.
• Meet with most qualified candidate(s) for remote pre-screening and qualify them with the pre-screening questions and the job description given by client(s).
• Filter candidate(s) if needed and introduce most qualified candidate(s) to client(s).
• Submit the candidate(s) to client(s) for review and to be accepted.
• Follow up with candidate(s) and the hiring managers and keep track of candidate(s) interviews and success. Negotiate the offer with the candidate if necessary.
• Receive new job orders from client(s), or reach out on monthly basis asking if they need help with new open positions while generating new clients.

• CRM tool.
• Business email.
• Calendly.
• Email templates.
• Lead emails and contact information.

Things you need to know once you’re qualified to join:

• We need to wait for up to a month so that we warm up your business email. So, you’re limited to send a specific number of cold emails during the first month. It’s better if you work on cold calls during that time.
• You’ll be invited to understand our fee structure and guarantees given to the client.
• Leads will be provided, candidates will be provided.
• Your job is headhunting clients and meeting the qualified candidates.

Notes:

• Leads will be provided to you on weekly basis and/or you can use your tools.
• If you’re not familiar with Close.com CRM, don’t worry!
• Candidates will be given to you after the clients signed the contracts and asked for job orders to fill.
• Sales development representatives are welcome to apply

Potential Earnings:

The more placements you make, the more earnings you’ll get. Bonuses can be applied anytime.

Relationship Between Wyoming Search Solutions and you:

• Independent sales recruiters are considered contractors, not employees.
• Contractors can use their own tools, and strategies to sell Wyoming Search Solutions services.
• Contractors are not mandated to participate any meeting, however, they are welcome to schedule calls with the manager for any question.
• Contractors are not mandated to exclusively work with Wyoming Search Solutions.
• Contractors are required to abide by current tax rules and regulations within their region.

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
