• 12 hour shifts and be able to work any of our 4 shifts
• Rotating work weeks

As a Mill Utility Operator, you have the opportunity to learn multiple positions within our plant environment including Packer, Lab Technician, Bulk Product and Packaging Specialist, Loader Operator, Millman, and Padman duties. In this position you’ll need extensive flexibility to transition from position to position and shift to shift for position coverage.

Some other key areas we are focusing on include:

• Forklift, frontend loader and bobcat experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-moving production line
• Operation of both simple and computerized packaging equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100lbs.
