A bit about the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with leaders across our diverse organisation to ensure that Wyndham attracts and recruits top talent for Council. As one of the largest employers in our municipality, Wyndham is a strong position to develop a positive reputation as an employer of choice.
Utilising your recruitment skills and experience, you will provide advice to hiring managers to support effective and efficient talent acquisition processes. Tailoring custom recruitment processes within Council’s policies and guidelines to ensure positive candidate experience and to provide effective selection methodologies to fill vacancies quickly and with the best people.
You will drive the communication and realisation of Wyndham employer value proposition, building and growing talent networks and gaining an intimate understanding of the talent market within local government and other industries within Melbourne.
