A bit about the role

Our Talent Acquisition Officers are responsible for the coordination and facilitation of all things recruitment at Wyndham. Assisting the talent acquisition team to maintain exceptional candidate experiences across the entire recruitment lifecycle, for both agency placements and recruitment appointments.

Your role will be instrumental to the successful operation of our team, ensuring that we enable our organisation to source the right people at the right time for the right role. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Temporary Employment Services Partners engaging with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure compliance within our policies, processes and guidelines.

What you’ll deliver

• Experience focused operational support, scheduling interviews conducting compliance and pre-employment checks and contract drafting and review
• Engage with candidates and suppliers, ensuring that Wyndham in recruiting top talent to fill our vacancies
• Analysis on several recruitment and placement metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the team with our continuous improvement journey
• Training and guidance to stakeholders on our systems and processes, providing advice on system and process optimisation
• Maintaining and managing shared inbox’s and addressing enquiries on behalf of the team

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated administrative excellence, with a key focus on positive customer experience
• Experience working in recruitment coordination, working with candidates and clients in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to problem solve and prioritise, ensuring effective communication to all candidates and hiring managers
• Degree or Diploma in Business or similar discipline or lesser formal qualification and substantial relevant experience
• A positive, curious and flexible mind
